Hmnm.... your blog needs a kick in the pants. How about putting in your blog some of your life experiences that you are reviewing this winter?
I haave in mind some talk about the days in School of the Art Institute and specifically your experience with architectural drawings. I am trying to learn the freee CAD/CAM tool from Google called Sketchup. It is hard going for me becuase there is a lot that is not intuitive, and I keep bumping into concepts (like, you cannot cross a line without messing up the surface that you are drawing)that make my drawings take on unintended properties. Plus: it's a lot of work! Jeeminy, it takes hours just to create a box to hold gears, and the gears take more hours to assemble.

So, do you have any tips, shortcuts, workaround?
